It is necessary
- - 500 g of beef;
- - 50 g leeks;
- - 300 ml of wine;
- - 50 ml of sesame oil;
- - 5 g sodium glucamate;
- - 50 g of ginger;
- - 50 ml of soy sauce;
- - 25 g of sugar;
- - 150 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 15 g of sesame seeds;
- - 500 ml of broth;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the beef and leek into slices. Cut the ginger into large slices.
Step 2
Fry the sesame seeds.
Step 3
Marinate the meat for an hour in a mixture of leeks, ginger, salt and wine (250 ml). Then transfer to a heat-stable bowl, add 250 ml of broth, put in a double boiler and cook until tender. Take out and cut into slices.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the beef and fry until the liquid evaporates.
Step 5
Remove the meat and drain the oil from the pan. Return the pan to the fire. Add sesame oil, leek, ginger. Fry until spicy, and then pour in soy sauce, 50 ml of wine, sugar and 250 ml of broth. Add meat and simmer. When almost all the liquid has evaporated, add sodium glucomate, and when the liquid has evaporated completely, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and remove the leek and ginger. Serve immediately.
