Potatoes baked in the oven with spices are a great addition to appetizers at a party or a savory side dish at any meal. It can be cooked very quickly, and the degree of pungency can be chosen to your liking by increasing or decreasing the amount of seasonings.
It is necessary
- - 8 medium sized potatoes;
- - 2 squirrels;
- - 1, 5 tsp. chili and caraway seeds;
- - a teaspoon with a slide of paprika;
- - 2 teaspoons of Italian spice mix (oregano, basil, rosemary, cumin, sage, marjoram and red pepper);
- - a teaspoon with a slide of salt;
- - olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220C. Cut the washed and peeled potatoes into cubes.
Step 2
Beat the whites in a bowl.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix salt and all the seasonings and spices.
Step 4
Put the potatoes in a bowl with proteins and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
We put the potatoes in a bowl with seasonings and mix everything thoroughly again.
Step 6
Grease a baking sheet generously with oil, lay out the potatoes and sprinkle with olive oil. The more oil there is, the tastier the potatoes will be.
Step 7
We send the potatoes to the oven and bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula (about every 7 minutes).
