This original appetizer belongs to Chinese cuisine. You can try it in any Chinese restaurant, or you can cook it yourself. The most important thing in it is the sweet and sour sauce, which gives piquancy to ordinary vegetables.

It is necessary

  • - 1 large eggplant;
  • - 1 bell pepper;
  • - 1 carrot and onion;
  • - 1 stalk of celery;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 50 ml of chicken broth;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, soy sauce;
  • - hot peppers, cilantro, white and black sesame seeds, sea salt, sweet and sour blue dragon sauce.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse all vegetables, pat dry. Cut into cubes.

Step 2

Peel the carrots with onions, cut the onions into half rings, cut the carrots into circles obliquely, then into thin cubes. Heat olive oil in a skillet, fry the onions and carrots.

Step 3

Add the bell pepper to the skillet. After a couple of minutes, add the stalked celery, eggplant and some olive oil. Grill for a couple of minutes; the vegetables should remain crisp.

Step 4

After a couple of minutes, add half a bag of blue dragon sauce (sold in stores with sushi tomatoes), pour in the chicken broth. Add soy sauce. Chop hot pepper and garlic, send to a frying pan. Pepper, salt the appetizer to taste.

Step 5

Rinse the cilantro, dry, add to the appetizer, stir, turn off the heat. Cool, sprinkle with sesame seeds, dried in a dry skillet before serving.
