- Pork - 400g - 500g, beef liver - 200g, onions - 150g, garlic - 2 cloves, red wine - 150 g, vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon, orange - 1pc, melted lard - 40 g, parsley - a bunch, cloves - 2-3 pcs, salt, black pepper, coriander, chili.
Instructions
Step 1
The meat is cut into 4-5 cm cubes and fried in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the onions, peel the orange peels and pits, then chop finely.
Step 3
Onions, orange and red wine are added to the meat.
Step 4
Parsley is finely chopped and pounded with garlic until smooth.
Step 5
Add cloves, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir the mass from time to time, gradually adding water.
Step 6
The liver is cut into 2-3 cm cubes and fried in melted lard for 15-20 minutes, and then added to the meat. Simmer until the meat is cooked.
Served with stewed sauce.
Garnish: rice or young boiled potatoes or French fries.
