A friend of mine calls these wonderful cakes "Ko-ko" because they use coffee and coconut to make them. Very delicate, airy things are obtained. And with a cup of coffee, but with a good companion - a lot of pleasure!
It is necessary
- - flour - 150 g,
- - sugar - 100 g,
- - butter or margarine for baking - 150 g,
- - egg - 2 pcs.,
- - instant coffee - 2 tbsp. l.,
- - milk - 1 glass,
- - coconut flakes - 50 g,
- - icing sugar - 50 g,
- - salt,
- - soda or baking powder for dough,
- - kiwi,
- - dark and white chocolate for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve a spoonful of coffee in warm milk (0.5 cups). Grind butter with sugar until a white homogeneous mass is obtained, add eggs, mix, then add baking powder or soda slaked in a drop of vinegar. Pour the pre-sifted flour into the mass and knead the dough.
Step 2
On a greased or oiled baking sheet, place the dough in a layer of about 2 cm and bake for 25-30 minutes. in the oven at 180 °. Cool the finished cake and cut it into portioned pieces with a knife (cut with a mold). Boil the remaining milk, dissolve 1 tbsp in it. l. coffee and 1 tbsp. l. Sahara. Soak the cakes with this syrup.
Step 3
Stir the coconut flakes with the icing sugar and sprinkle the cakes with this mixture. Decorate with small kiwi slices dipped in melted chocolate and white chocolate curls. To get curls, melted chocolate must be placed in a parchment bag and used to make patterns on the parchment, and then remove it from the refrigerator.
