Recipe for a sweet, tender cottage cheese and strawberry casserole. Ideal for a kid's breakfast or a complete dessert. Cottage cheese and strawberries are a great combination, it is not for nothing that they are often used in baking.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 130 g of sugar;
- - 2 raw eggs;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of starch;
- - a handful of fresh strawberries.
Instructions
Step 1
First, rinse fresh strawberries, it is better not to take frozen ones - there is a lot of liquid in them, which we do not need in a curd casserole. Tear off the tails of the strawberries.
Step 2
Pound cottage cheese and sugar until smooth. After that add strawberries, punch with a blender. Beat raw eggs into the curd-strawberry mass, continue beating.
Step 3
Prepare a baking dish - coat it with oil. Pour the mass into the mold, put in the oven, preheated to 250 degrees. Cook the casserole for about 1 hour, be sure to cook it - it may cook earlier and start to burn. If your oven does not heat up much, then the casserole will take longer than the specified time.
Step 4
The curd casserole with strawberries is ready, cool it completely without removing it from the mold. Then take it out, put it on a dish, cut into portions, serve with tea. This cottage cheese casserole can be stored in the refrigerator for several days; after cooling, its structure becomes denser. Serve with various sweet sauces or jams, or garnish with whole strawberries.
