To say that our family loves sauerkraut is to say nothing. This is one of my favorite dishes, even just like that, without anything. It contains a very large amount of vitamin C and pleases us especially in winter. I offer a recipe for a vitamin salad with sauerkraut.

Sauerkraut is a wonderful product with a high content of vitamin C. It is thanks to this that it helps to strengthen the immune system and maintain the protective properties of the body. Also, such cabbage improves digestion and will be useful in inflammatory processes.

There are a great many dishes that include sauerkraut, you can't even name all of them. I will share my recipe.

If you have sauerkraut, and even your own production, be sure to prepare this tasty and healthy salad, you will not regret it.

For a simple vitamin salad, we need sauerkraut - about 300 gr., Boiled potatoes (it is best to boil in their uniform, it turns out better) - 3 medium-sized tubers, 2 boiled eggs, 2 small canned or pickled cucumbers, green peas, mayonnaise and any greens and salt.

Getting started cooking

Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes, eggs - smaller, cucumbers - into thin strips. We take a salad bowl or a deep plate and put everything that we cut into it. Add green peas. How much to add - at your discretion, I take about 4-5 tablespoons. We fill everything with mayonnaise, not very healthy, but tasty, we taste it and, if necessary, add salt. For aroma and beauty, you can add any greens.
