Step 1
Peel the bananas and place them in a blender bowl. Chop the fruit until puree. For banana nut bread, it is best to use overripe fruits.

Put ingredients such as sunflower oil, vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon of ghee, and raw chicken eggs into the resulting puree mass. Stir this mixture thoroughly until the consistency becomes homogeneous.

Add a dry mixture of granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, salt, wheat flour and soda to the main banana mass.

After chopping the walnuts into small pieces, divide them into 2 unequal parts. Take a large one and mix it with the banana flour mass. Mix everything as it should.

Put the resulting dough into a greased bread pan. Spread it evenly over the entire surface, then grease the top with melted butter and sprinkle it with the remnants of walnuts.
Step 6
Send the future banana nut bread to the oven, the temperature of which is 180-190 degrees, for about 60 minutes. If desired, determine the readiness of the bread with a toothpick - it should remain dry if you pierce pastries with it.

After removing the baked goods from the oven, let them cool directly in the baking dish. Banana nut bread is ready! Serve it with milk.
