The cottage cheese "Sweet Night" is suitable both as a hearty breakfast and as a beautiful dessert. An excellent combination of delicate curd filling and chocolate chip crust!
It is necessary

- - 300 g of wheat flour;
- - 300 g of sugar;
- - 250 g of fat sour cream;
- - 200 g blueberries or currants;
- - 175 g butter;
- - 30 g of cocoa powder;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 1 teaspoon of potato starch;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix 150 g flour, 70 g sugar, 15 g cocoa powder and 75 g butter, add a pinch of salt and one egg yolk. Mix everything with wet hands. The base of the curd is ready.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a layer, put it in a split mold with a diameter of 26 cm, heat it in several places with a fork, put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Step 3
For the filling, mash 3 eggs and the remaining protein with the remaining sugar, beat. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, starch into the mass. Add berries.
Step 4
For crumb, mix the remaining flour with a pinch of salt, butter, cocoa powder. Chop everything with a sharp knife to a state of fine crumbs.
Step 5
Pour the filling onto the dough base. Cover the top with crumbs.
Step 6
Bake the Sweet Night curd for 60-70 minutes at 200 degrees. Then leave the baked goods in the oven for 10 minutes. Refrigerate overnight.
