The milk must be slightly warmed up and sugar, yeast and 150 g of flour must be added to it.

We put the resulting dough in a bowl of hot water for about 15-20 minutes. During this time, the dough should rise.

Add eggs, sugar, butter, salt, remaining flour and knead the dough. When everything is ready, it should be removed to a warm place for 30 minutes. The dough should rise. Then wrinkle it and put it back in a warm place.

Cooking the filling: add plain and vanilla sugar, as well as sour cream to the curd and mix well.

Beat the egg well in a separate bowl.
Step 6
Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Form small cakes from the dough and place them on top of the paper.
