Step 1

Peel the turnips and dry with a paper towel. Carefully wrap each tuber in baking foil and place the pieces on a baking sheet. You need to bake turnips in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

Rinse fresh green peas thoroughly and mix with a little salt and black pepper. Leave the piece to marinate for a while.
