- - 500 g minced meat
- - 300 g black lentils
- - 1 onion
- - 4 cloves of garlic
- - 0.5 pcs chili pepper
- - 0.5 tsp cumin
- - 1 carrot
- - 250 ml white wine
- - 1 tbsp. l. honey
- - 10 pieces of dried apricots
- - 0.5 tsp thyme
- - 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- - 5 cherry tomatoes
- - parsley
Instructions
Step 1
First, take black lentils, rinse and cook until tender, about 20-25 minutes, then drain and let cool.
Step 2
Combine minced meat, black lentils, garlic, egg, chili, cumin, pepper and salt to taste. Stir well.
Step 3
Make small balls of minced meat and fry them in vegetable oil for about 3-5 minutes. Remove them from the pan.
Step 4
Chop the onion finely, cut the carrots into circles and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add white wine and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Then add dried apricots, thyme, meatballs and honey. Simmer everything together for about 35-40 minutes.
Step 6
Place the meatballs on a plate, garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes.
