Instructions
Step 1
Put the minced meat in a large bowl. Chop onion, garlic and parsley, mix with meat. Grate the carrots on a fine grater, mix them with the egg and add to the minced meat. Salt, pepper, add 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs and mix the meat very well with all the ingredients. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a while.
Step 2
At this time, prepare the sauce: fry chopped vegetables in olive oil - onions, garlic, red peppers, leeks and carrots. Salt and pepper. As soon as the vegetables change color, fill them with wine, mix and let it evaporate a little. We close the future sauce with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes on minimum heat. Top up with some water or broth if necessary. Grind the sauce in a blender, return to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
We take out the meat from the refrigerator, heat up a sufficient amount of olive oil in a frying pan. We form meatballs, lightly roll them in bread crumbs and send them to the pan. We take out the finished meatballs with a slotted spoon and put them on paper so that the glass has excess oil.

We shift the meatballs into the sauce, mix and leave for 15-20 minutes. Serve meatballs hot. You can use mashed potatoes, salads or French fries as a side dish.
