Agree that sometimes you want to please yourself with something sweet, but not very harmful to your figure. You can, of course, eat a spoonful of honey, but that's not it. In such a case, I suggest you bake banana cookies with cottage cheese. This delicacy will charm you with its taste, juiciness and softness.
It is necessary
- - ripe banana - 1, 5 pieces;
- - cottage cheese - 150 g;
- - oat flakes - 1 glass;
- - flour - 2 tablespoons;
- - honey - 3 tablespoons;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - bitter chocolate - 50 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the peel from the bananas. Wipe the curd through a sieve. If it turns out to be too hard, then repeat this procedure. Put these products in a blender and chop until puree.
Step 2
Transfer the curd-banana mass to an empty cup, and place the oatmeal in a blender. Set aside 3 tablespoons of cereal on the cookie sprinkler before doing this. Grind them until they turn into flour.
Step 3
Combine the following ingredients: cottage cheese and banana puree, oatmeal and plain flour, and pre-melted butter and honey. Mix everything thoroughly. Knead the dough from the resulting mass. Then put it in the cold and let it brew for about 60 minutes.
Step 4
Put the oatmeal aside in a skillet without oil and fry. Then add butter and honey to them and cook, stirring continuously, until they turn brown. Cool the resulting mass, then grind with a blender. The caramel cookie sprinkles are ready.
Step 5
Remove the chilled dough from the refrigerator and, pinching off small pieces from it, roll into balls. To make this process go faster, wet your hands.
Step 6
Lay a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet, and on it, respectively, put balls of dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cookies for about 25-30 minutes.
Step 7
Meanwhile, break the chocolate into wedges and place in a saucepan. Put on fire and heat until completely melted.
Step 8
Dip the finished baked goods in melted chocolate, then in caramel sprinkles. Let the chocolate harden. Banana cottage cheese cookies are ready!
