The dish "cutlet" itself came to Russian cuisine from European. No one can resist juicy beef cutlets. Making homemade ground beef patties is quick and easy. Almost everyone eats. I recommend serving cutlets for lunch.
It is necessary
- - 800 grams of beef;
- - 2 onions;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 200 grams of white bread;
- - 1 egg;
- - flour 100 grams;
- - 100 grams of sunflower oil;
- - salt, pepper, spices to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop meat, onions, garlic, bread. Pass everything through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Break the egg and add to the minced meat. Season with salt, pepper, add spices and mix the minced meat thoroughly with your hands.
Step 3
Blind small oval cutlets.
Step 4
Dip the cutlets in flour before frying. Send the cutlets to a frying pan preheated with sunflower oil.
Step 5
Fry cutlets for 3-5 minutes on each side. Then add some water, cover and simmer for a couple of minutes.
