Crispy coconut cookies take just half an hour to cook. It turns out to be an excellent treat for tea or coffee.

- For ten servings:
- - butter - 50 g;
- - coconut - 90 g;
- - icing sugar - 90 g;
- - wheat flour - 30 g;
- - two egg whites.

Step 1
Melt the butter, leave to cool. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line the baking sheet with non-stick baking silicone.
Step 2
Chop the coconut into small crumbs, add flour and powdered sugar, mix. Add egg whites, chilled butter. You will get a homogeneous paste, a little thinner.
Step 3
Transfer this paste to a bowl. Pour one teaspoon of the mixture over the silicone.
Step 4
Remove to bake until a pale golden color appears. It's about fifteen minutes.
Step 5
Remove the pre-cooked crunchy coconut cookies, serve hot or wait until they cool.
