If you want to prepare something for tea, coconut cookies will come in handy. It is very simple to prepare, it turns out to be very tasty and requires a minimum of ingredients!
It is necessary
- For 8 pieces:
- - 1 egg white;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1 cup of coconut flakes;
- - vanillin on the tip of a knife;
- - salt to taste;
- - 100 g of any chocolate (optional).

Step 1
Turn the oven on to preheat to 165 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for baking.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the egg white lightly until lightly foamy. Add sugar, vanilla, salt and mix everything.
Step 3
Pour a glass of coconut to the egg mass. The mass should be sticky, not liquid and keep its shape. Divide the mass into 8 parts. Form 8 balls with 2 teaspoons and place on parchment paper.
Step 4
Bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven until the cookies are slightly golden brown. Remove from oven and leave to cool.
Step 5
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Dip the cooled coconut cookies a little in melted chocolate and lightly pour over the top. Leave the cookies until the chocolate has set.
