This fragrant dessert combines curd dough and canned pineapple. It turns out very tasty, you can serve it for lunch or for dessert after a light dinner. Such pineapple puffs can even be given to the child with you to school, since due to the dough they turn out to be satisfying and nutritious.

It is necessary

  • - 700 g of canned pineapple;
  • - 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 250 g flour;
  • - 150 g of sugar;
  • - 150 g butter;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar;
  • - a bag of vanilla sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Drain the juice from canned pineapples, let the rings dry a little. You can make the dough for now.

Step 2

Mix softened butter with liquid curd. If you have dry cottage cheese, then scroll it through a meat grinder, mix with 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Add vanilla sugar, regular sugar, flour to the curd. The amount of flour may differ, look at the dough - in the end, it should not stick to your hands. Put the resulting dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 3

Roll out the dough 4 mm thick, squeeze circles out with a glass. Place the pineapple rings on top of the dough. Make a grate from the rest of the dough. You can roll out the layer and cut out long sausages or roll over the dough. Place pieces of dough on pineapple, press down.

Step 4

Place the puffs on a baking sheet, brush with a beaten egg. Cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. For beauty, pineapple puffs can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
