This chicken kebab will appeal to all your loved ones. The bright colors of the ingredients will amuse the little ones. You can also cook such a dish outdoors, using a barbecue.
It is necessary
- - 900 g chicken breast fillet;
- - 12 pcs. champignons;
- - one lemon;
- - 3 arrows of green onions;
- - 1 green and 1 red pepper.
- For the marinade:
- - 100 g of liquid honey;
- - 80 ml of soy sauce;
- - 80 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 80 ml of beer or chicken broth;
- - 2 heads of garlic;
- - ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut into 5 cm cubes the seeded red and green peppers and chicken breast fillets. Cut the champignons in half and cut the lemon into 12 slices. Chop the green onion into coarse rings.
Step 2
For the marinade, combine honey, soy sauce, butter, beer or chicken stock, garlic, and black pepper in a large bowl. Pour 80 ml of the resulting marinade, leave the rest. Add chicken, mushrooms, lemon, onion and peppers to a bowl. Stir well and refrigerate for 15 minutes. In the meantime, prepare your barbecue grate or preheat your grill.
Step 3
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the chicken and vegetables to a shallow dish, leaving the marinade in the bowl. String, alternately, vegetables and chicken pieces on 12 skewers.
Step 4
Cook on a wire rack for 10 minutes, turning occasionally and pouring over the remaining marinade until the meat is cooked and the vegetables are tender. Serve immediately.
