Frittata is essentially Italian scrambled eggs with vegetables, but unlike regular scrambled eggs, it is somewhat more difficult to cook. And the taste palette of frittata is much richer.
It is necessary

- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 bell pepper;
- - a mixture of ground peppers, salt.

Step 1
To prepare the mushroom frittata, take a skillet, which can then be placed in a heated oven.
Step 2
Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Fry it in a little vegetable oil. Can be fried in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil. Add washed mushrooms, cut into slices, fry for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Peel sweet bell peppers from seeds, cut into thin strips, add to mushrooms and onions, fry for 3 minutes. Place the chopped fresh tomato into the skillet. It is not necessary to mix the components a lot, otherwise the dish will fall apart into pieces, and it must have a solid shape.
Step 4
Beat the chicken eggs on top of the vegetables, do not stir. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top; instead of parmesan, any other hard variety will do.
Step 5
Finely chop the dill, also send it to the pan, put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 7 minutes. You can also leave the pan on the stove, just then cover it with a lid and reduce the heat to a minimum so that nothing burns.
Step 6
The mushroom frittata is ready, serve with crispy green salad leaves.
