Delicious homemade cookies can be prepared in the multicooker. The ginger in this recipe gives the baked goods an unusual piquant taste; these cookies are good to serve with a cup of coffee in the morning.

It is necessary

  • - 200 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 125 g flour;
  • - 100 g of raisins and sugar;
  • - 70 g of butter;
  • - 40 g of ginger;
  • - 10 g vanillin;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 teaspoon of baking soda.

Instructions

Step 1

Mash butter at room temperature with sugar, beat in eggs, add vanillin, beat with a mixer until smooth. Rub fresh ginger root and add to the mixture.

Step 2

Gradually add flour and baking soda, stir. Grate more than half of the chocolate on a coarse grater, pour into the resulting dough, add pitted raisins, mix thoroughly. You can add nuts if you like them or any other dried fruit.

Step 3

Grease a multicooker cup with oil, pour the dough into it, sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate on top. You can bake flattened balls instead of the cake, but it is more economical to bake the cake, since the area of the multicooker bowl is small.

Step 4

Cook chocolate-gingerbread cookies in a slow cooker in the "Baking" mode until completely baked (depending on the thickness of the dough layer and the method of preparation - shortbreads or a large layer of dough). Small portioned cookies are baked in a multicooker quickly - in 10-15 minutes, while the cake needs twice as long to cook.

Step 5

Cool the finished cookies. If you cooked one cake, then after cooling, cut it into portioned squares. Immediately after cooking, put the portioned cookies from the multicooker bowl into a vase or plastic container.
