Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the dough. Mix flour with baking powder.
Step 2
Rub butter with sugar, salt, honey. Add eggs to the sugar mixture, mix well with a mixer. Pour ground ginger into the dough, add lemon juice and gradually stir in flour. Stir the mixture with a mixer at low speed.
Step 3
Add candied ginger and nuts to the dough. We mix.
Step 4
Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter, sprinkle with flour. Put the dough into a bowl. We bake for 60 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
Step 5
We take out the cake from the multicooker, sprinkle with powdered sugar. The cupcake is ready!
