Many Turkish restaurants are happy to offer their visitors a dish called Turkish shrimp in a pot. For baking, refractory dishes are used. All ingredients are fried in oil and only then are they transferred to a fireproof dish and baked.
It is necessary
- 400 grams of king prawns,
- two tomatoes,
- 200 grams of tomato sauce,
- one red onion
- two sweet green peppers,
- 6 mushrooms,
- 100 grams of cheese
- a clove of young garlic,
- two sprigs of parsley,
- some ground black pepper (to taste),
- some salt
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 30 grams of butter.
Instructions
Step 1
How to cook.
We wash and cut the mushrooms.
Peel one red onion and cut into small cubes.
Cut the green sweet pepper and tomatoes into cubes.
Step 2
In this recipe, we need tomato sauce. Here you can already use a store-bought sauce or prepare it at home. To prepare the sauce, you need to beat the peeled tomatoes and add a little salt and any spices to taste.
Defrost shrimp, wash and dry.
Step 3
Fry the mushrooms a little (with butter) and put them on a plate.
Add vegetable oil and finely chopped garlic to the pan. It is advisable to crush the garlic so that it gives juice. Fry for a minute and add shrimp, fry until golden brown, about two minutes. Salt and pepper a little (to taste).
Step 4
Transfer the shrimp to a plate. Fry the onions in vegetable oil. Add green pepper and fry for a few more minutes. Add the tomatoes along with the tomato sauce, pepper and salt a little, mix. We simmer for three minutes.
Step 5
Put the shrimps in a pot. Top with shrimp mushrooms and vegetables. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Put pieces of butter on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
We bake at two hundred degrees for about twenty minutes.
The dish is ready, serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
