  • - 5 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • - 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
  • - 2 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar
  • - 1/2 cup boiling water

Instructions

Step 1

Sliced onion in half rings should be put in a deep bowl and boiled over for 10-20 minutes so that the onion is not so bitter. As soon as 20 minutes have passed, drain the water. Let's prepare the marinade. Pour half a glass of boiling water, add 2 tbsp. l. sugar and 2 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar, mix well. Pour the marinade into a bowl of onions and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Put the pan on the fire, add vegetable oil and lay out the chicken fillet pieces, which need to be pepper and salt. Fry the fillets under a closed lid over medium heat for about 15 minutes.

Step 3

Cucumbers, eggs must be chopped into strips and put in a salad bowl. Grind the walnuts in a mortar until small pieces are formed, then put them in a salad bowl. Drain the marinade from the onion and add it to the salad. Add the cooled pieces of chicken fillet to the previously prepared ingredients, mix everything well. The salad is almost ready, all that remains is to season it with mayonnaise.
