Regular meatballs can be easily varied by adding canned corn and cheese during the mince preparation process. Such meatballs turn out to be much tastier and more original, with them any lunch or dinner will be a success.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of pork;
- - 80 g bacon;
- - 70 g of canned corn;
- - 50 g of hard cheese;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 tomato;
- - green salad, pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pork into small pieces. You can also take beef, but minced pork turns out to be more juicy. Cut the bacon into small pieces. Pass the lard with meat through a meat grinder. Season the minced meat and pepper to taste, stir. You can add to the minced meat and other your favorite spices.
Step 2
Drain the canned corn in a colander to drain the liquid. Add corn to the minced meat, stir. You can add a small amount of tomato paste or any ketchup to the minced meat at this stage.
Step 3
Cut the cheese into small cubes. It is better to take cheese with a low fat content. Rinse the tomato, dry it, remove the stalk, cut into slices.
Step 4
Make tortillas out of minced meat, put a cube of cheese in the middle of each, then form balls. Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry.
Step 5
Place the cheese and corn meatballs in a dish oiled with vegetable oil. Cover the top with foil, put in the oven. Bake the meatballs at 180 degrees for half an hour.
Step 6
Put the finished meatballs on a dish on top of the lettuce leaves, garnish with slices of fresh tomato. You can use cherry tomatoes for decoration - you don't need to cut them.
