Make a salad. To do this, boil one glass of green lentils until soft. Cut one chicken breast into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Chop one onion and 2 tomatoes into cubes, and cut half a can of olives into rings.

For green lentils with spinach, cut one large onion into rings and peel 2 cloves of garlic. Pour 600 grams of water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and add 200 grams of lentils, onions and garlic. Cook over low heat until the cereal is cooked, then drain the water.

Chop two garlic cloves as small as possible. In a deep frying pan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and fry one chopped onion and garlic in it until golden brown.

Place 300 grams of spinach in a skillet and fry until all the liquid has evaporated. Then add green lentils, 2 tablespoons sour cream and stir. Season with salt, black pepper and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
