- - egg 1 pc.
- - butter 200 gr.
- - mustard 1 tsp
- - lemon juice 2 tablespoons
- - dill 30 gr.

Step 1
We take out the butter from the refrigerator, leave it to soften. Cook the egg, peel and knead it with a fork.
Step 2
We clean the herring of entrails, head, skin and fins. Cut herring fillets into small pieces, or you can put them in a blender, but the beauty of this recipe is in pieces.

Mix the butter, egg, herring and mustard well, squeeze the lemon juice into it and add finely chopped dill. Mix everything again. We wrap the mass in foil and refrigerate in the refrigerator.
