It is necessary
- - 2 eggs at room temperature;
- - 130 g of hazelnuts;
- - 1 tbsp. flour;
- - 75 g of sugar;
- - 50 g softened butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Pour the nuts onto a baking sheet and fry in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then take out the nuts and lower the temperature to 180 degrees.
Step 2
Remove the husks from the cooled nuts. Use a kitchen processor to chop the hazelnuts into a patchy crumb.
Step 3
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the softened butter with 50 g of sugar into a fluffy light mass and add the yolks. Beat thoroughly again. Add flour and nuts, mix.
Step 4
Beat the whites separately until firm peaks with 25 g of sugar. Stir gently into the rest of the ingredients so that the proteins do not settle. Put the dough in a greased and floured form and send to the oven until browning (35 minutes). Cool the finished pie, cut into portions and serve.
