A simple and at the same time original way of preparing champignons will suit everyone who loves delicious, hearty, aromatic mushroom dishes and values their time.
It is necessary
- - 325 g of large mushrooms;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 415 g of onions;
- - 76 ml of vegetable oil;
- - salt;
- - black pepper;
- - 15 g each of dill, cilantro and parsley;
- - 138 g of hard cheese;
- - 55 g butter;
- - 35 g bread crumbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Mushrooms must be thoroughly rinsed, dried with a napkin and very carefully removed from their legs. The legs themselves are then cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel the onions, wash, chop medium-sized and then fry in vegetable oil for 9 minutes.
Step 3
Rinse greens (dill, parsley, cilantro) thoroughly under cold water, dry and chop finely. In a deep bowl, combine the pre-cut champignon legs, fried onions, chopped herbs. Season with salt, pepper and stir.
Step 4
Beat chicken eggs and pour into the resulting mixture. Mix everything well again. Fill the mushroom caps with the finished filling, sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
Step 5
Put the stuffed mushrooms on a greased baking sheet, put a small piece of butter on each mushroom and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes at 190 degrees.
