  • - 60 g walnuts
  • - 100 ml cream
  • - 1 liter of milk (fat content 3.2%)
  • - 1 PC. lemon
  • - 50 g butter
  • - dill, parsley
  • - spices

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the meat, remove the tendons and excess fat and cut into pieces. Chop the herbs and add to the meat, sprinkle with spices, add salt, a little water and leave to soak in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Chop the onion and fry in a pan until half cooked, without bringing to a golden color.

Step 3

Remove the zest from the lemon using a grater, chop the garlic and put in a pan with melted butter. Saute the zest and garlic lightly, as well as the onion.

Step 4

Remove the meat and quickly rinse with water, then dry on a towel. Fry the meat on all sides for about 2 minutes.

Step 5

Combine pork and fried onions, garlic and zest, mix everything. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and send to the bulk. Put the ingredients in a saucepan, add water so that they are only covered, salt and put to stew.

Step 6

Pour the milk into a separate bowl and leave to warm. At this time, grind the walnuts into crumbs. When the milk is almost boiling, add cream and nuts to it, bring to a boil and cook for about a minute. Remove from heat.

Step 7

Pour the milk soup over the meat and continue simmering for about 30 minutes.

Step 8

Prepare the potatoes. It is better to take the smallest one in order to put it whole. If there is no such potato, cut the large tubers into wide slices.

Step 9

After 30 minutes, put the potatoes with the meat, check the salt and simmer for another two hours until tender.
