These chicken wings are great for lunch or as a party snack. Worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce will give the dish a great flavor, while burnt sugar and liquid honey will give a pleasant sweetness. Separately, you can serve any sauce for meat, and white wine Chardonnay is perfect for the dish.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of chicken wings;
- - 1 egg;
- - 0.5 cups of baking flour;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of burnt sugar;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of liquid honey;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of white wine vinegar;
- - 1 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of Worcester sauce;
- - salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut each wing into three parts, cut off the ends. Dip them in a beaten egg, then toss them in flour (or, to make the kitchen less dirty, put flour in a bag, then place the boneless wing in there and shake it vigorously). Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wings in there and cook for 5 minutes, until a brown crust appears on all sides. Remove the wings from the pan and place them on the baking sheet.
Step 3
Combine sugar, honey, and vinegar in a small bowl. Add Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce, stirring occasionally, then season with salt and pepper. Pour the resulting sauce over the wings.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes, drizzle with sauce and turn over several times. Transfer the dish to a plate and pour over the sauce again. Can be served on the table.
