Step 1

If you prefer homemade minced meat, then you can make it by twisting beef and pork in a meat grinder, so that the minced meat is moderately fat.

Step 2

Add finely chopped onion to the finished minced meat, drive in one egg, salt and pepper to taste. We mix everything. Then the minced meat must be "beaten off". We knock it down into one lump, raise it over the bowl and throw it back. Thanks to this, our meatballs should turn out to be soft.

We form meatballs. They should be small, round. Then roll in flour and fry in a well-heated skillet on both sides.

We put the meatballs in a saucepan. At this time, scald the tomatoes with boiling water (to make it easier to remove the skin). Remove the skin and cut the tomatoes into small pieces (better to crush). Mix with a glass of boiled water. Instead of a tomato, you can use tomato paste. Stir the water until smooth and pour into a saucepan with meatballs.

Step 5
