There are many recipes for delicious fish soup in the world, but only a few housewives know how to properly cook delicious fish soup in Bulgarian.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of white fish
- - 1 egg
- - 2 onions
- - 2 carrots
- - 3 pickles
- - 2 parsnips
- - sunflower oil
- - parsley
- - Bay leaf
- - celery root
- - black peppercorns
- - salt
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop and boil in salted water onions, carrots, as well as celery, parsley and parsnip roots. We put everything on a sieve, wipe it, add water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Mine and gut the white fish. We throw it into boiling water.
Step 3
Add oil and bay leaves. Pepper. We continue to cook for 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
Boil a hard-boiled egg. Cut into cubes and cucumbers.
Step 5
We remove the finished dish from the heat. Cool the prepared fish soup before serving and sprinkle with a mixture of eggs, chopped cucumbers and parsley.
