Step 1
Cook the dumplings in salted water, add bay leaves and black pepper. Place the dumplings on a large plate or platter to dry and cool slightly. Cut the tomato into circles. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Gently arrange the dumplings in four layers, sprinkling with cheese. Spread the tomatoes on top, sprinkle generously with cheese, dill and parsley. Pour sunflower oil over the entire contents of the pot - one tablespoon for each pot.
