Dumplings are a very popular dish. Usually they are boiled and served with sour cream. But you can try a little and make a delicious casserole with dumplings. The dish turns out to be very satisfying and high-calorie.
It is necessary
- - classic dumplings 700 g;
- - butter ghee 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - 3-4 tomatoes;
- - greens of dill and parsley;
- - sour cream 1 glass;
- - dry mustard 1 teaspoon;
- - garlic 2-3 cloves;
- - 2 bay leaves;
- - hard cheese 150 g;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - spices to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the dumplings in salted water with bay leaves until half cooked. Throw them in a colander so that the water drains completely. Heat ghee in a skillet. Fry the dumplings until golden brown. Place the sautéed dumplings in a deep baking dish.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes, dry, cut into slices. Then spread them over the dumplings. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Chop the greens finely. Sprinkle it over the tomatoes. Mix mustard with sour cream. Pour the sour cream mixture over the casserole. Peel and chop the garlic, grate the cheese. Sprinkle with cheese and garlic on top. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
