It is necessary

- - honey 150g
- - semolina 9 tbsp.
- - powdered sugar 100g
- - eggs 7pcs.
- - dark chocolate 50g
- - water 3 tbsp.
- - soda slaked with vinegar 1/2 tsp
- For the cream:
- - honey 2 tbsp.
- - butter 250g
- - icing sugar 70g
- - chocolate 50g
Instructions
Step 1
Melt chocolate and honey in a water bath, stirring constantly. Add powdered sugar and water to the chocolate-honey mixture. Wash the egg and separate the white from the yolk. Add yolks to chocolate and honey, beat everything until foam appears. Whisk the proteins into a strong foam and add a little to the prepared mass, then add semolina and soda, slaked with vinegar. Mix the mixture gently.
Step 2
Put the resulting dough in a baking dish, pre-greased with vegetable oil (the form can be any). Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees, bake the dough at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 3
In an enamel bowl, steam, heat the chocolate, add the powdered sugar and stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture thickens. The mass should be brought to a boil, but not boiled. Mix the softened butter and honey separately. The resulting mass of honey and butter is gradually added to the cooled chocolate mass and beat well.
Step 4
Cool the baked cake base and cut it into layers. We grease each layer of the cake with cream. We also grease the sides and top of the cake with it.
