This salad is for great well-being and good mood, as it is 100% natural and healthy. It can be served to guests and enjoyed alone. If you only know the recipe for vinaigrette with beets, then this new recipe is for you! The salad making process is very simple - you don't need to cook anything. In 5 - 10 minutes you will have a wonderful hearty and healthy dish.
Ingredients:
2 medium beets
3 medium carrots
1 bunch of radishes
150 g peas (frozen peas, mung beans or beans can be used)
150 g chickpeas (you can use dried, pre-soaked for several hours)
For refueling:
50 ml olive oil
Zest and juice of 1 orange
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Cooking method:
1. Grate beets and carrots, cut the radish into thin rings.
2. In a small bowl add olive oil, orange zest and juice, salt and pepper.
3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients with half of the sauce. Fill with the other half of the dressing.
4. Let it brew for 10 minutes and enjoy the taste!
