- - 100 ml molasses
- - 100 ml butter
- - 100 g coconut flakes
- - 100 ml of a glass of honey
- - 100 g brown sugar
- - 100 g of soda
- - 0, 5 tbsp. l. baking powder
- - 0, 5 tbsp. l. cinnamon
- - 100 g of nutmeg
- - 0, 5 tbsp. l. lemon zest
- - 20 g glass of almonds
- - 1 egg
Instructions
Step 1
First, combine molasses or honey, butter, brown sugar. Put on low heat, stirring until uniform for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 2
If you don't have molasses, you can substitute honey for it. Combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and coconut. Add lemon zest, chopped almonds, egg and honey. Knead the dough.
Step 3
Form medium balls, pyramids, cubes, and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Decorate the cookies with chocolate and serve.
