Be sure to take fresh tangerine juice, the purchased one will not work here - you will get a completely different taste. Combine tangerine juice with corn oil and sugar. Beat with a mixer at low speed so that all the sugar is completely dissolved.

Sift the flour, keep it handy - you will need to mix it quickly afterwards. Pour wine vinegar into the liquid mixture. Pour soda with water, stir, pour after vinegar into the tangerine mixture. Quickly add the saffron flour and mix thoroughly. The mixture quickly begins to ferment and bubble. Follow the instructions carefully, otherwise the soda may not be extinguished, giving the dough bitterness.
Step 3
Coat the muffin cups with vegetable oil in advance. Spread the dough over them, filling in 2/3 parts. From the specified amount of ingredients, approximately 10 fluffy muffins are obtained.
Step 4
Place the molds in the oven for 20 minutes. Let the muffins bake at 175 degrees. The size of the molds is different for everyone, and the ovens have their own characteristics, so 20 minutes is an approximate time, watch out for the preparation of muffins.
