  • - cucumber pickle;
  • - vinegar;
  • - dill greens;
  • - lemon 0.5 pcs.

Instructions

Step 1

Free the sausage from the film and cut into small strips. Cut off the ends of cucumbers and cut them in the same way - into strips. Peel the onion and chop finely. Potatoes should also be peeled and cut into small cubes.

Step 2

Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add potatoes to the water and cook until half cooked. Fry sausages, onions and cucumbers in vegetable oil. Then add the tomato paste and simmer for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Put the sausage frying in a saucepan with half-finished potatoes. Add salt, black pepper, cucumber pickle and vinegar to taste. Cook everything together until tender, about 15 minutes over medium heat. Decorate the prepared hodgepodge with dill and lemon slices.
