It is necessary

  • - 200 g of tuna;
  • - 150 g squid;
  • - 120 ml. coconut milk;
  • - 2 tomatoes;
  • - Bulgarian pepper;
  • - 3-4 sprigs of basil;

  • - 3 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • - salt, pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the skins and entrails from the tuna. Peel off the fish fillet carefully. Remove the entrails and ridge from the squid, cut off the head and remove the skin. Cut the tuna fillet into large pieces, the squid fillet into rings.

Step 2

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Chop the bell pepper into short strips. Wash the rice, cover it with warm water. Set aside for a while.
