- - 200 g of tuna;
- - 150 g squid;
- - 120 ml. coconut milk;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - Bulgarian pepper;
- - 3-4 sprigs of basil;
- - 1st st. rice;
- - 3 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- - salt, pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the skins and entrails from the tuna. Peel off the fish fillet carefully. Remove the entrails and ridge from the squid, cut off the head and remove the skin. Cut the tuna fillet into large pieces, the squid fillet into rings.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Chop the bell pepper into short strips. Wash the rice, cover it with warm water. Set aside for a while.
Step 3
Heat a skillet, drizzle with vegetable oil and add the chopped vegetables. Cook them for 3-4 minutes. Send seafood and basil sprigs to the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry them with vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Pour in coconut milk and simmer until tender.
Step 4
Drain the water from the rice, boil, season with a little salt. Put the finished rice on a dish, garnish with a sprig of basil. Serve the stewed seafood in coconut milk in a separate deep bowl with your rice platter.
