This amazing combination of healthy beef, tomatoes, cheese and basil will drive anyone crazy! The burger is easy to prepare, but eaten one-two-three. These ingredients will make 6 burgers.
It is necessary
- - 6 round hamburger buns;
- - 1, 2 kg of beef;
- - 1 onion;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - basil leaves;
- - 250 g of Mozzarella cheese;
- - 3 pcs. tomato;
- - 100 g ketchup;
- - 4 halves of dried tomato;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 100 g of mayonnaise;
- - 1 tbsp. pesto sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
Start cooking with the sauce. For the tomato sauce, whisk all the ingredients you need with a blender. It will be tastier if you do not bring the mass to homogeneity, but leave the products in small pieces. To make the mayonnaise sauce, combine the mayonnaise and pesto.
Step 2
Next, start cooking the cutlets. Pass the beef and onion through a meat grinder, add salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Form six patties from the minced meat. Fry the patties in a preheated skillet in vegetable oil for five minutes. Select the degree of roasting according to your taste. After the first side is browned, turn the patty over and place a slice of cheese on the finished side.
Step 4
Now you can prepare the burger base. Take a bun and cut it along the center. Put together the burger in the following order from bottom to top: bun, mayonnaise sauce, basil, tomato ring, cheese cutlet on top, tomato sauce and finally the top of the bun.
