Sea roll is a very unusual dish. It has a mild, pleasant taste and a very interesting combination of ingredients.
It is necessary
- - 180 g of water
- - 120 g cream
- - 70 g butter
- - 130 g flour
- - 4 eggs
- Filler
- - packaging of crab sticks
- - 300 g of peeled boiled shrimp
- - 150 g mussels in brine
- - 350 g cream
- - 2 tbsp. l. grated horseradish
- - salt
- - greens
Instructions
Step 1
In an oven preheated to 200 degrees, line a rectangular frying dish about 30x40 in size with greaseproof paper.
Step 2
Bring the mixture of water, cream and butter to a boil. Add flour, stirring vigorously, cook for another 10 minutes. Chill lightly and add eggs one at a time, whisking well.
Step 3
Pour the mixture over the prepared roast dish and bake for about 25 minutes. Then take out and refrigerate.
Step 4
Dry the mussels. Thaw the crab sticks and then cut them into small pieces. Whip the cream, add horseradish, dill and salt to taste.
Step 5
Spread the cream over the baked dough base and spread out the mussels and shrimp. Roll up a roll and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 6
Place the roll on a platter or cut into slices and serve on separate plates.
