Wondering how to cook salmon? I propose a new recipe for the usual soup: salmon hodgepodge. It tastes more delicate, and in terms of properties it is much more useful than ordinary meat hodgepodge.

It is necessary

  • - salmon soup set;
  • - potatoes 2-3 pcs;
  • - 1 can of canned olives;
  • - tomato paste 3 tbsp;
  • - pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs. medium-sized;
  • - carrots 1 pc;
  • - 2-3 onions;
  • - sunflower oil, salt, pepper, herbs.

Instructions

Step 1

To cook salmon, you need to rinse the fish, remove the gills and boil in salted water, where you first put the whole onion.

Step 2

Remove the salmon from the broth, disassemble into small pieces and put back into the pan.

Step 3

Cut the potatoes into cubes, pour into the broth, cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4

At the same time, finely chop the onions, carrots and cucumbers. Fry vegetables in a frying pan, where you have previously poured some vegetable oil. Add tomato paste to the mass, simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Step 5

Pour the prepared roast into the soup, add olives (optional), herbs, salt and black peppercorns. Continue cooking for another 10 to 15 minutes.

Serve with lemon wedge and sour cream.
