If you want to bake a cake without spending too much time cooking, try cooking it in a skillet. The cake according to this recipe is cooked no longer than 30 minutes, and its taste is excellent.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - a can of condensed milk;
- - one egg;
- - a teaspoon of baking soda;
- - a teaspoon of lemon juice;
- - 450 grams of flour.
- For the cream:
- - two eggs;
- - two tablespoons of flour;
- - 500 ml of milk;
- - a glass of sugar;
- - 200 grams of butter;
- - a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Instructions
Step 1
The preparation of the cake must be started by making the cream. So, pour milk into a saucepan, add eggs, flour, vanillin and sugar, beat everything thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
Step 2
Put the saucepan on a very low heat and, stirring constantly, wait until it thickens to a thick sour cream.
Step 3
As soon as the cream acquires the desired thickness, remove it from the heat, add oil (it must first be cut into small pieces), stir, cover with a lid and wrap the pan with a towel (the cream should not be allowed to cool, otherwise it will not soak the cakes poorly).
Step 4
Next, in a bowl, combine condensed milk, egg, soda, slaked with lemon juice, sugar and flour. Knead a thick, firm dough and divide it into seven to eight equal portions.
Step 5
Roll out each piece of dough on a work surface sprinkled with flour to a thickness of two to three millimeters and pierce in several places with a fork.
Step 6
Place a pan of suitable diameter over medium heat, heat it and bake the cakes without adding oil. The cooking time for each cake is two minutes (one minute on each side).
Step 7
Put one cake on a tray or wide flat dish and grease it generously with the previously made cream, then put the next cake on the oiled cake and also grease it with cream. Thus, stack all the cakes on top of each other.
Step 8
Place the finished cake in a cool place for about two hours to soak. Before serving, it can be garnished with fruits, berries, chocolate or nuts.
