French clafoutis is a casserole with berries or fruits, to which a good liqueur or cognac must be added. You can vary according to personal preferences and tastes. However, the most sophisticated combination is clafoutis made from large ripe cherries and cognac.
It is necessary
- - 15 g of vanilla essence;
- - 5 eggs;
- - 80 g of brandy;
- - 150 g flour;
- - 180 ml of milk;
- - 90 g of oil;
- - 450 large cherries;
- - 70 g of icing sugar;
- - 95 g of sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix sugar with eggs. Beat with a mixer until the mass acquires splendor and uniformity.
Step 2
Add quality cognac to the prepared cream and, stirring with a spoon, pour a teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Step 3
Sift the wheat flour and add it to the cream, very slowly, stirring constantly to prevent the formation of lumps.
Step 4
Pour milk into our batter. Stir again, making the mixture homogeneous.
Step 5
Lubricate the bottom and walls of the baking dish with butter. We spread the cherries (we removed the seeds in advance. Fill them with liquid dough.
Step 6
We put the casserole in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. The dish will be ready when it starts to "spring" slightly under your finger. This will happen in about 40-45 minutes.
