It is necessary
- - chicken fillet - 300 g;
- - egg white - 1 pc.;
- - sour apple - 1/4 pcs.;
- - salt;

Step 1
First of all, rinse the chicken fillet properly under running water. Then grind it to a mass with a uniform consistency, that is, to a minced state. This can be done both with a meat grinder and in a blender.

Then cut off one fourth of the fruit and chop it with the smallest size grater. By the way, it is not necessary to use a sour apple, you can take a sweet and sour one. In other words, don't be afraid to experiment.
Step 3
Mix the chopped fruit with the minced chicken. Mix everything properly, then season the resulting mixture with salt and pepper. You can also add any other spices if desired. Stir again.
Step 4
Place the raw egg white in a separate cup and beat until it turns into a mass with a stable light foam. Then gently add it to the rest of the mixture. Mix everything.
Step 5
Form small spherical patties from the resulting mass. Place them on a steamer wire rack and cook for 25 minutes.
Step 6
After the time has elapsed, remove the food from the steamer. Chicken cutlets with apple are ready! They can be served with absolutely any side dish, preferably with tomato or milk sauce.
