Recipe for making delicious cakes from tender dough and with a very aromatic cream. It takes fifty minutes to prepare. Cream cakes will be a great treat for tea.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - milk - 500 ml;
- - sugar - 150 g;
- - butter - 130 g;
- - wheat flour - 120 g;
- - four eggs;
- - water - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - vanillin - 1 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt to form firm peaks. Beat the yolks with vanilla, sugar, water.
Step 2
Melt the butter, cool slightly. Pour into yolks, beat again. Pour in wheat flour in three steps, beating well each time.
Step 3
Pour half of the milk, whisk, then add the rest of the milk, whisk again. Stir in the egg whites, moving from top to bottom.
Step 4
Grease a mold with butter, sprinkle with flour, pour out the dough. The dough should be slightly thinner than the pancake dough. Place in a mold in an oven preheated to 175 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes. It may take longer - depending on the oven, so be careful about the appearance of the dough - it should brown.
Step 5
Cool the baked goods, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into portions.
