For the test, you will need:

- drinking fruit yogurt - 500 g;

- semolina - 500 g;

- butter - 2/3 pack;

- granulated sugar - 200 g;

- a bag of vanilla sugar;

- baking powder for the dough.

For the glaze you will need:

- icing sugar - 2 glasses;

- butter 70 g;

- lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Separate the whites from the yolks. Add pre-softened butter to the yolks, pour in yogurt, add sugar and vanilla. Separately in another container, mix semolina with baking powder and knead with yoghurt mass. Let the semolina swell for 30-40 minutes.

Cool the whites and beat them into foam with a pinch of salt using a mixer with a whisk attachment. Add foam to the mixture and gently pour out the dough. Prepare the mold - grease it with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into a mold and smooth. Send in an oven preheated to 180 degrees to bake for 35-40 minutes.

While the manna is cooking, make icing to decorate it. Lemon will give it a piquant sourness. Mix the softened butter with lemon juice and powdered sugar and beat everything well with a mixer until fluffy.

For this dish you will need:

- fermented baked milk - 500 ml;

- ripe banana - 2 pcs.;

- icing sugar for decorating manna - 1 tbsp.

In a saucepan or other deep container, whisk together the semolina, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla. Stir. After that, pour all the fermented baked milk into the mass and stir until all the lumps disappear. Leave the mass for half an hour alone - let the semolina swell.

Peel the bananas and cut into thin round slices. Coat a baking dish with butter and sprinkle lightly with flour. Pour in ½ of the finished dough and put the banana slices on top in one layer. Then pour over the rest of the dough over the bananas.
