Green beans fried with garlic arrows are a delicious vegetable dish. Hot it can be a side dish for any meat dishes, and cold it can be served as a light salad.
It is necessary
- - 400 g green beans;
- - 100 g garlic arrows;
- - 3 pcs. the white part of green onions;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce, vegetable oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey;
- - 1 teaspoon of Aromatic herbs seasoning
- - salt, dill.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the beans, cut off the ends, you can leave the beans whole or cut into small pieces - whichever is more convenient for you. Boil the green beans in lightly salted boiling water for 5 minutes. Throw in a colander, let all the liquid drain.
Step 2
Use scissors to cut the garlic arrows into 2 centimeter pieces.
Step 3
For a flavorful marinade, combine soy sauce with honey and herbs. Place the garlic arrows in the marinade and stir well.
Step 4
Cut the onion into rings, fry in hot vegetable oil for one minute. Add the garlic arrows, cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the arrows are tender enough.
Step 5
Add the beans to the skillet, stir, cover and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. The green beans with garlic arrows are then ready for use, it remains to sprinkle them with chopped fresh dill. If you are going to serve the beans as a salad, cool them down first.
